PAYMENTS:  To secure your session(s) payment for services are pre-paid, in-full via check, cash or credit card. No refunds.

If the project is completed before all the sessions are used, clients can use the remaining sessions at a further date. Examples include but are not limited to: when clutter has piled up again, before guests arrive, transitions, etc.). Clients may opt to gift their remaining sessions. Sessions expire 1 -year from date of purchase. All transfers are included in the 1 year expiration date. When a session ends before the time scheduled, hours do not transfer and that session is complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please allow a minimum of 24-hours for cancellations; otherwise one (1) hour will be deducted from the package for each cancellation or one (1) hour will be added to your package if Anderson Organizing cancels.
